Vegan Acai Banana Smoothie

A yummy vegan shake with acai, the Brazilian super food. I buy it frozen at Trader Joe’s and then keep a package in the fridge for daily use. I use 1 package for each smoothie. If you like your smoothie sweeter, you can add agave or sugar.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, or as needed
  • 3 1/2 ounces acai berry pulp, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1/2 banana

Directions
  • Combine acai puree, banana, and soy milk in a blender; blend until smooth.
